Learn beside the best in the business.
There are courses. Then there’s this.
The DRMS Academy Shadowing & Mentoring Programme puts you in the room with Dr Munir Somji and Dr Tino Solomon — two of the most respected names in aesthetic medicine. Watch how they work. Ask questions. Understand the thinking behind every decision. Then take that insight back into your own practice.
This isn’t a classroom. It’s a live, busy aesthetic clinic. Real patients. Real cases. Real outcomes.
Most courses teach you technique. This programme teaches you everything else.
How to read a patient’s face before you touch it. How to manage a consultation. How to handle a complication calmly and correctly. How to think like a clinician who’s seen thousands of cases — not hundreds.
You can’t get that from a textbook. You can only get it from time spent alongside people who’ve built careers doing it properly.
That’s exactly what we offer.
For practitioners in their first year of aesthetic practice
Spend a full day in clinic alongside Dr Somji or Dr Tino. You’ll observe consultations, injectable treatments, and clinical assessments from start to finish. This is your opportunity to see what excellent practice looks like — and to ask the questions your course trainers never had time for.
Mentoring Programme For practitioners ready to accelerate their development
A structured, ongoing mentoring relationship with Dr Somji or Dr Tino. Three months of focused development built around your goals — clinical, commercial, or both. Each month includes a clinic observation session plus a one-to-one mentoring call. Between sessions, you’ll have direct access via our private member group.

Dr Somji is globally recognised as one of the leading aesthetic clinicians in the world. Voted in the Top 100 cosmetic surgeons worldwide by RealSelf, he’s a Key Opinion Leader for Galderma, InMode, and Alma Lasers — and has trained with leading surgeons across Europe, the US, Canada, and Asia.
He created DRMS Academy to share what he’s learned. Not just technique, but the clinical reasoning, patient communication skills, and business acumen that his own training, gathered across decades, gave him.
His approach is direct and practical. He teaches the way he was taught — by doing.

Dr Tino Solomon trained at UCL Medical School and went on to specialise in general and laparoscopic surgery within the NHS before moving into aesthetic medicine. His surgical background gives him a precision and discipline that sets him apart as both a clinician and a trainer.
He specialises in bespoke combinations of dermal fillers, wrinkle-relaxing injections, and minimally invasive surgical treatments including the Keyhole Facelift, Facetite, Bodytite, and hair restoration surgery. He is recognised as a leading voice on hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, and non-surgical facial rejuvenation.
As a mentor, Dr Tino brings a methodical, evidence-based perspective. He’ll challenge you to think more carefully, see more precisely, and treat with greater confidence.
1. Apply Complete the application form on this page. Tell us about your background, your current practice, and what you’re hoping to get from the programme. Be specific — this helps us match you to the right mentor and format.
2. Review We review every application personally. If your application is a good fit, we’ll be in touch within five working days to arrange a short introductory call.
3. Book your place Once your place is confirmed, we’ll send through everything you need ahead of your first session — including a pre-programme questionnaire designed to make the most of your time in clinic.
4. Begin Arrive, observe, ask, absorb. Your mentor will debrief you at the end of every session. Nothing is off-limits.
Places on the Shadowing & Mentoring Programme are deliberately limited. We keep group sizes small to protect the quality of the experience — for you and for our clinic patients.
You can state a preference on your application. We’ll do our best to match you accordingly, though this depends on availability at the time.
Sessions take place at DrMediSpa clinics in London. Exact location details are confirmed at the time of booking.
Yes. You’ll receive a CPD certificate on completion of either programme format.
The Observation Day is designed for practitioners in their first year of aesthetic practice. If you’ve not yet completed a foundation training course, we’d recommend starting there — take a look at our Foundation and Advanced Injectable courses on the DRMS Academy courses page.
Many practitioners start with an Observation Day and go on to join the Mentoring Programme. This is a great way to experience the format before committing to the full programme.
Spaces are limited. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Fill in the form below and tell us a little about yourself. We’ll take it from there.
